The coronavirus pandemic is forcing global experimental conditions with remote pedagogy in education which might prove to be a triumph. There are many indicators that this crisis is going to transform many aspects of life.

The year 2020 has seen the world go into lockdown owing to the pandemic. Because of this all offices, schools & colleges were shut down. However, to ensure business continuity & continuation of studies, all leading institutions went online.

Do students need a college residential experience?

In theory, lectures that require little personalization or human interaction can be recorded as multi-media presentations, to be watched by students at their own pace and place. By freeing resources from courses that can be commoditized, by a non-university instructor.

Colleges would have more resources to commit to research-based teaching, personalized, and mentorship. The students would also have more resources at their disposal because they wouldn’t have to reside and devote years at campuses.

This has the potential to make college education more affordable for everybody.

What training efforts are required for faculty and students to facilitate changes in mindsets and behaviors?

Not all faculty members are comfortable with virtual classrooms and there’s a digital divide among people who haven’t used even the fundamental audio-visual equipment, and younger faculty who are awake too and adept in newer technology. As students across the state enter online classrooms within the coming weeks, they’re visiting learn that a lot of instructors don’t seem to be trained to style multimedia presentations, with elaborate notations and graphics. Colleges and universities have to use this moment to assess what training is required to supply a smooth experience.

Conclusion

No matter how simple technology is being employed to produce education, several youngsters will remain disregarded during critical situations because of poverty, migration, and then on. Moreover, we want to grasp the very fact that anything done online suffers from the span. The education system is doomed to face an array of issues post-Covid situation.
